As the Communication & Compliance Officer at the Trauma Release and Wellness Center, I am responsible for overseeing the company's internal quality control, maintaining a welcoming and professional environment, and ensuring effective client relations. I am part of the Department of Administration, where I provide critical support to both the team and our clients. My role also extends to overseeing sales, data administration, and the facility's exterior appearance. I am trained to recognize and prevent professional burnout, which allows me to contribute effectively to our team's well-being and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Communication:

  • Develop and maintain ideal relationships with clients through effective communication.
  • Schedule sessions with clients following confirmation.
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding slot availability and other concerns.
  • Establish a strategic communication environment using both verbal and nonverbal communication techniques.
  • Reschedule sessions when necessary, accommodating client needs.

Compliance:

  • Conduct internal reviews to ensure adherence to compliance procedures.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies to ensure availability when needed.
  • Evaluate business activities to assess and mitigate compliance risks.

Set the ambiance of the therapy rooms to ensure a conducive environment for healing.
