“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.” ― Carl Gustav Jung
I am an Associate Clinical Psychologist, specialized in working with trauma and adverse life experiences in all age groups. In my therapeutic work I support individuals through a trauma-informed approach that aims to create a holistic experience of safety, integrating mind and body.
I specialize in working with inner child wounds, capacity building, visualization-based resourcing, and attachment/relational work from the lens of building resources and somatic safety.
I believe in the body’s innate power to heal and strive to build on my clients' existing strengths, facilitating them towards post-traumatic growth and embodying their authentic self.
