I am a psychologist, psychotherapist, and family counselor. I have been practicing for the last 4 years and specifically dealing with clients with relationship difficulties including communication issues, intimacy concerns and sexual issues. I have worked with people struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, OCD, and personality disorders including BPD and NPD. I am committed to providing compassionate and effective mental health support. I offer a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their emotions and understand their behaviors. I use evidence-based techniques, including a range of therapies i.e. CBT, DBT, Psychoanalysis, Mindfulness based techniques, to cater each person's unique needs. With a profound respect for the impact of trauma on individuals' lives, and relationships, I work empathetically to empower my clients to reclaim their well-being and build resilience.
