This is a confidential space which is where the individual can look at their coping survival mechanisms. It is basically a joint process between the therapist and the client to overcome the hindering behaviour patterns faced by the clients. Individual therapy will help you in adopting healthy coping skills and is beneficial in improving the quality of life. The session is 50 minutes long.
Group Therapy Session allows us to connect with others who have gone through a similar experience which helps them to see that the problems they are facing are universal. Group therapy can help comfort people by allowing them to realize they are not alone, and it overcomes the feeling of being judged and extends empathy. Group Therapy allows people to receive the support and encouragement of the other members of the group.
Family therapy is a type of psychological counseling (psychotherapy) that can help family members improve communication and resolve conflicts. The goal of the therapy is to help family members identify how specific behaviors affect others, learn new ways of relating to each other, resolve conflicts, and open lines of communication between all family members
Coaching is a process that aims to make change happen. It primarily works with patterns, beliefs and/or relationship dynamics which may be holding a person from reaching their full potential. The collaborative process between the client and the coach draws on the innate strengths and resources of the client to bring empowerment through self-awareness in order to close the gap between the potential and the current self of an individual.
